Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You have 14 days to return your order — no questions asked.
Cooling-off period: 14 days
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting from the day you receive the product. From the moment you notify us of your return, you then have another 14 days to actually send the product back.
The product can only be returned unused and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may unpack and inspect the product just as you would in a shop — but any further use may lead to a diminished value, for which you are liable.
Return costs
The return shipping costs are at your own expense.
How to notify your return
You can notify us of your withdrawal in two ways:
- Via the model withdrawal form — fill in the form here and send it to us.
- By e-mail or letter — send an unequivocal statement to info@ipcamsolutions.nl indicating that you withdraw from the contract, including your order number and your details.
Reimbursement
We reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by us for the returned product (when the entire order is returned), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Unless we offer to collect the product ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned the product, whichever occurs earlier.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used, unless you agree to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for you.
If you have chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard cheapest delivery, we are not obliged to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.

Products without right of withdrawal
For some products the right of withdrawal does not apply, for example custom-made products or items whose seal has been broken (for hygiene reasons). A complete list can be found in Article 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
