Order on weekdays before 17:00 and your package ships the same day. Within the Netherlands, you usually receive it the next working day. Across the EU, delivery takes 1–3 working days depending on the destination and the logistics partner.

Your order ships from the Netherlands with one of our regular carriers. The confirmation email tells you which partner is bringing your package.
Track & trace for parcels
Sent as a parcel? You will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order live. Small orders sent as letter mail are shipped without tracking.
Transparent shipping costs
You see the cost in your cart before checkout. No hidden fees, no surprises afterwards.
Tip: order everything in one go. We cannot combine two separate orders, so you would pay shipping twice.

Cameras and hardware deserve proper packaging. We use quality boxes with fitting cushioning material — especially for fragile parts — so your order arrives in one piece.
