Have a complaint about a product, delivery or our service? We do our best to resolve every issue quickly and fairly. Here's how you can submit a complaint and the steps that follow.
Step 1 — Contact us first
Send an e-mail to info@ipcamsolutions.nl including:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- How you would like it resolved
- Any photos or attachments
We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days of receipt and indicate when you can expect a substantive reply. For more complex issues this may take longer — but you will always hear from us within 14 days about the timeline for a detailed response.
Step 2 — If we can't reach a solution together
If despite everyone's best efforts we cannot resolve the issue together, you can submit your complaint via Stichting Webshop Trustmark (the Dutch Webshop Trustmark Foundation):

The Foundation receives the complaint at both our end and theirs. They act independently, inform both parties of the applicable legislation, and mediate to reach a resolution.
Step 3 — European ODR platform
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you can also submit disputes to an independent third party via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

We recommend contacting us first — most issues are solved together.
Step 4 — Competent court
All agreements between IP Cam Solutions and the consumer are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions, be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
